Operation mode
The hooking operation of the trash bin:
1. Before operating the arm truck (hooking, unloading the bin, and unloading materials), one should first observe the road conditions (whether the road surface is solid, whether it is uneven left and right, whether it is on a slope, and whether there is a cliff behind), and if so, avoid operating;
2. Observe whether the vehicle air pressure is normal, park when approaching the trash bin 3-5 meters in reverse, step on the clutch pedal, open the power take-off switch, engage the low-speed forward gear, gradually increase the speed from 1-4 gears (only use the low-speed forward gear for power take-off), release the clutch pedal, and let the arm oil pump operate;
3. Rotate the "lock hook/release" button on the remote control, fully release the hydraulic lock after rotating, then rotate the "boom/retreat" button to fully retract the boom, and then rotate the "boom/raise" button, at this point the boom begins to flip backward, if you want to speed up, you can engage the low-speed forward gear and then accelerate (increase the speed as the engine speed increases), when the boom is close to the trash bin hook, release the throttle, adopt a light rotation of the "lift/unload bin" button to make the opening of the boom hook completely aligned with the trash bin hook, release the button and engage reverse gear, so that the boom hook slowly fully enters the trash bin hook;
4. Pull the hand brake, pay attention to using the clutch, then engage the forward gear, rotate the "leg" button, fully open and support the rear support;
5. Rotate the "boom/lower" button, accelerate to quickly lift the trash bin hook, pay attention to observing whether the lower guide rail of the trash bin is aligned with the rear guide wheel, if not aligned, pause the hooking, slowly move the vehicle forward so that the guide wheel correctly guides the guide rail, then continue to rotate the "boom/lower" button until the trash bin is fully hooked (lifted) onto the vehicle, release the "boom/lower" button, then hold the "boom/extend" button, slowly move the trash bin to the frontmost position, release the button, rotate the "lock hook/lock" button, lock the box, and finally rotate the "leg/retreat" button, fully retract the legs;
6. Step on the clutch, disengage the power take-off switch, select and engage the appropriate forward gear, transport the trash bin/compression station to the unloading site, pay attention not to brake or turn sharply or at high speed during transportation;
7. Back to the designated location in the unloading site, engage neutral, pull the hand brake, get off the vehicle and fully open the spare hydraulic oil tube, and the quick connector on the vehicle with the quick connector on the trash bin (initially check for matching), engage the power take-off gear and fully open the rear support (method as above), then tap the "leg" button to fully open the rear door of the trash bin;
8. Rotate the "boom/raise" button to make the box in the self-unloading state, then fully unload the trash/material;
9. Rotate the "boom/lower" button to the position where the box is fully returned, then rotate the "leg/retreat" button to fully retract the legs and fully close and lock the rear door, then pull out the quick connector connected to the box and secure it in the vehicle;
10. Transport the trash bin/compression station back to the location where it needs to be placed, repeat the above steps to unload the bin, complete a work cycle, finally turn off the control box, turn off the power take-off gear.

8. Cam interlocking protection is used between the main boom, lifting frame, and sub-frame. The main boom is equipped with a mechanical lock, which automatically opens after the telescopic arm is fully retracted;
9. Multiple protections for the hydraulic system:
1. The main cylinder is equipped with a bidirectional travel valve, which automatically opens when the cylinder is fully extended or retracted, preventing high pressure inside and protecting the hydraulic system;
2. Each circuit of the multi-way valve is equipped with a safety valve, with the pressure values adjusted at the factory according to the needs of each circuit, ensuring that the pressure in each circuit is within the designed range;
3. The balance valve or hydraulic lock of the cylinder is directly connected to all cylinders (mounted on the valve seat), without using intermediate oil pipes, reducing hydraulic failures and providing more comprehensive protection for the cylinders;
4. Both ends of the telescopic cylinder are equipped with joint bearings, ensuring that the telescopic arm only receives axial forces during extension and retraction, not radial forces, resulting in longer cylinder life;
5. The locking cylinder and locking hook use a floating connection, ensuring that the locking mechanism only bears vertical forces (forces from the box jumping up and down), not lateral impact forces (centrifugal forces when the vehicle turns), resulting in longer cylinder life.
10. The operating system has multiple electronic protections, preventing the superstructure from moving in case of accidental (or erroneous) operation:
1. Main boom fully lowered detection protection: The telescopic arm can only be operated for extension and retraction, and the box lock can only be operated for locking or releasing when the main boom is fully lowered;
2. Box lock fully released detection protection: The telescopic arm can only be operated for extension or retraction when the main boom is fully lowered and the box lock is fully released;
3. Rear support extended alarm protection: When the rear support is fully extended and not retracted, the alarm buzzer sounds, reminding the operator to retract the rear support after work is completed;
11. The hydraulic oil tank is enlarged to dissipate heat generated during operation in a timely manner;
12. The rear hydraulic power output uses a two-position six-way rotary valve for control, which is more convenient and faster than using two ball valves;
13. The engine, transmission, oil pump, multi-way valve, hydraulic lock, balance valve, and hoses are matched reasonably; all operations can be completed at engine idle (improper matching can lead to vehicle shutdown when pulling heavy boxes, engine strain, and high hydraulic oil temperature);
14. The entire superstructure is treated with shot blasting + electrophoretic painting, enhancing the strength and rust resistance of the superstructure.

The garbage truck should be strictly maintained according to regulations, ensuring that all systems and devices are in good technical condition, fully utilizing their efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, saving expenses, and maximizing the service life of the garbage truck as much as possible.
(1) Chassis Maintenance
The chassis should strictly adhere to the regulations in its user manual, conducting daily and weekly routine maintenance.
(2) Operational Device Maintenance
The maintenance of the operational device should generally follow the regulations below. If the operational device can be guaranteed to be in good working condition, it is allowed to synchronize its maintenance with the chassis maintenance.
1. Daily Maintenance
Daily maintenance mainly focuses on cleaning and observation, the content of which is the same as the third item in the precautions for the use of the garbage truck.
2. 100h Operation Maintenance
100h operation maintenance focuses on tightening and lubrication.
(1) Check the connection bolts of the chassis, operational device, axle, and other parts;
(2) Add grease or lubricating oil to each lubrication point on time;
(3) Check and tighten the connection bolts, joints, and pipe clamps of the hydraulic system, and check for any oil leakage;
(4) Check if the power take-off is working normally.
3. 500h Operation Maintenance
500h operation maintenance focuses on adjustment.
(1) Check if there is minor deformation in the components of each operational device, and correct if necessary;
(2) Check the wear condition of the sealing strips, and replace if necessary;
(3) Check if the hydraulic components can work normally, and disassemble or replace if necessary. If there is oil leakage, replace the sealing parts;
4. 1500h Operation Maintenance
The focus of 1500h operation maintenance is to conduct a comprehensive technical inspection and adjustment of each operational device, eliminating hidden dangers.
(1) Check and repair all welds, especially those in important parts;
(2) Check the wear and operation condition of the components of each device, and replace those with severe wear and operation;
(3) Check the hydraulic components.
(4) Clean the hydraulic oil tank, oil filters, air filters, and hydraulic pipelines, replace the hydraulic oil. Timely replace damaged seals and hoses.
