I. Free maintenance plan and time limit
1. Tracking service time: lifelong maintenance.

3. Free repair within 10,000 kilometers or within one year within the normal use range (excluding wearing parts and electrical appliances, see the User Service Manual for details) from the date of self-delivery, and be responsible for maintenance outside the warranty period.
4. Time of service in place: If the vehicle fails, you can go to the local special maintenance service station of Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. for vehicle maintenance, give a reply within 4 hours, and deal with the fault within 24 hours (except when the manufacturer adjusts the parts); If the conditions for going out for rescue are met, the maintenance station where the user is located will be appointed to arrive at the site for maintenance within 24 hours (except in remote mountainous areas or extended);
Second, after the warranty parts supply mode
1. Mode: According to the user's requirements, it will be supplied by the special service station of Chengli Group where the user is located or directly by the regional management center of our factory;
