1. The design is reasonable, with the hydraulic system of the arm experiencing less pressure when pulling an equivalent weight of cargo;
2. With the same chassis, our boom adapter can fit larger box lengths, fully utilizing the vehicle's efficiency;
3. The layout on the chassis is more rational, taking into account factors such as the vehicle's center of gravity, resulting in better handling;
4. Main components include: power take-off, pump, valves, and cylinders, all sourced from reputable domestic brands;
5. All superstructures are formed and welded from T700 high-strength steel, providing stronger load-bearing capacity and longer service life;
6. The hook is made of thickened alloy steel, suitable for working in low-temperature environments. The hook features a live connection for easier replacement;
7. An enhanced rear support is used, transferring all the force to the main beam, resulting in stronger bearing capacity for the rear support, and the rear support cylinder has a longer lifespan as it does not bear the weight of the box;
8. Cam interlocking protection is used between the main boom, lifting frame, and sub-frame, with a mechanical lock on the main boom that automatically opens once the telescopic arm is fully retracted;
9. Multiple protections in the hydraulic system:
1. The main hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a bidirectional travel valve, which automatically opens when the cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted, ensuring no high pressure inside the cylinder and protecting the hydraulic system.
2. Each circuit of the multi-way valve is equipped with a safety valve. The pressure values have been adjusted according to the needs of each circuit at the factory to ensure that the pressure in each circuit is within the designed value.
3. The balance valve or hydraulic lock of the cylinder is integrally connected to all cylinders (directly installed on the valve seat), without using intermediate oil pipes for connection, reducing hydraulic failures and providing more comprehensive protection for the cylinders.
4. Both ends of the telescopic cylinder are equipped with joint bearings, ensuring that the cylinder only bears axial forces during the extension and retraction of the boom, not radial forces, thereby extending the service life of the cylinder.
5. The locking cylinder and the locking hook are connected with a floating joint, ensuring that during the operation of the locking mechanism, only vertical forces (forces from the up and down bouncing of the vehicle body) are borne, without enduring lateral impact forces (centrifugal forces when the vehicle turns), thus extending the life of the oil cylinder.
10. The operating system is equipped with multiple electronic protections, preventing the superstructure from operating in case of a misoperation (or operational error):
1. Main arm fully lowered detection protection: The telescopic arm's extension and retraction and the locking or unlocking of the truck box lock can only be operated when the main arm is fully lowered;
2. Truck box lock fully released detection protection: The extension or retraction of the telescopic arm can only be operated when the main arm is fully lowered and the truck box lock is fully released.
3. Rear support extension alarm protection: When the rear support is fully extended and not retracted, the alarm buzzer alerts the operator to remember to retract the rear support after work is completed;
11. An enlarged hydraulic oil tank can dissipate the heat generated during operation in a timely manner;
12. The tail hydraulic power output uses a two-position six-way rotary valve for control, which is more convenient and faster than using two ball valves;
13. The engine, transmission, oil pump, multi-way valve, hydraulic lock, balance valve, and oil pipes are matched reasonably; all operations including hooking and unloading boxes can be completed at engine idle (improper matching can lead to situations such as vehicle stalling when pulling heavy boxes, engine strain, and high hydraulic oil temperature);
14. The upper structure is treated with shot blasting + electrophoretic painting, which enhances the strength and rust resistance of the upper structure.Check for the presence of oil liquid.

3. 500-hour service
The 500-hour service focuses on adjustments.
(1) Inspect for minor deformations in the components of each working device and correct if necessary;
(2) Check the wear condition of the sealing strips and replace if necessary;
(3) Inspect if the hydraulic components are functioning properly, disassemble or replace if necessary. If there is oil leakage, replace the seals;
4. 1500-hour service
The 1500-hour service focuses on a comprehensive technical inspection and adjustment of the working devices to eliminate potential issues.
(1) Inspect and repair welds, especially those in important areas;
(2) Inspect the wear and operation condition of the components in each device, replace those with severe wear and operation;
(3) Inspect the hydraulic components;
(4) Clean the hydraulic oil tank, oil filters, air filters, and hydraulic lines, replace the hydraulic oil. Timely replace damaged seals and hoses.
