This series of waste collection trucks is a mature product of our company, with the superstructure consisting of a sealed waste bin, lifting machine pusher, hydraulic transmission system, and electrical control system. The vehicle is fully enclosed and utilizes integrated electrical and hydraulic technology, with the aid of a combined automatic control system of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics. The lifting machine, through a pull-rod type, enables the waste collection truck to perform dumping, crushing or flattening, and forceful loading, squeezing the waste into the truck's compartment and compacting and unloading it. All wastewater from the compression process is directed into a wastewater compartment, solving the problem of secondary pollution during waste transportation.
Main Performance and Features
Self-loading garbage trucks are special vehicles used for collecting and transporting municipal solid waste. They collect municipal solid waste using a side-lift bucket loading method and discharge the waste using a push plate or self-unloading method. The main components include: vehicle chassis, garbage box body, base frame, side-lift bucket mechanism, rear door assembly, push plate assembly, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. The hydraulic and electrical control systems consist of oil pumps, cylinders, oil tanks, electro-hydraulic control valves, and electric control units. Additionally, the vehicle is lightweight, with a rounded box body that has a large volume, making it the model with the highest load capacity among similar vehicles, and it is also aesthetically pleasing and elegant. It is the ideal tool for collecting and transporting urban kitchen and municipal solid waste.

Main structural components such as the box body, rear door assembly, push plate, and sewage tank assembly are made of high-strength steel plates, which are strong and resistant to corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, and salts, ensuring that they do not rust or deform over the years and have a long service life.
2. The vehicle has good sealing properties (the garbage box body and rear door assembly are sealed with a locking mechanism and specially made reinforced double silicon rubber strips); during the operation of the vehicle, there will be no leakage of garbage or sewage.
3. The vehicle is easy to operate with a high degree of automation and reliability. The internal operation control box is installed in the driver's cab, and the external operation control box is installed in the control box on the right side of the box body. The operation control box in the driver's cab can control the pushing and unloading, while the external operation control box operates the lifting mechanism, making operation very convenient; especially in landfills, workers do not need to leave the vehicle to complete the unloading.
