1. When the sprinkler truck uses ditches and ponds as water sources, make sure that the end of the water suction pipe is completely submerged in the water. To avoid sucking in stones or more mud and floating debris, it is best to install a filter device at the water suction port of the water suction pipe. If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig the water suction place deeper in advance to ensure that it does not contain debris and does not enter the air.
2. When the self-priming water pump is used for the first time, it is necessary to add water, and no water is needed in the future. When absorbing water, the water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain vacuum degree to suck water into the tank. The water inlet pipe system must be sealed reliably, the hose cannot be damaged, and the hard pipe cannot have cracks, otherwise it will leak, which will cause the situation where water cannot be sucked.
3. Whether it is before absorbing water or before sprinkling water, the power take-off device must be engaged when the sprinkler truck is parked. Before the arrival of winter, the water in the water pump and water pipe should be emptied to prevent freezing and cracking. Generally, no construction is carried out in the north during the severe winter, so after the construction is completed, the water in the water pump and water pipes should be drained immediately to prevent future troubles.
