The hook arm garbage truck, also known as the detachable compartment garbage truck, is mainly used for collecting and transporting various kinds of garbage in various places such as municipal sanitation and property management. Chassis Configuration: Single row new model cab with China VI emission standard, 2990mm wheelbase, side mirrors with turn signals, DAM16KR China VI gasoline engine producing 122 horsepower, 5-speed transmission, front disc and rear drum brakes with ABS, 165R14LT 8PR vacuum tires (dual rear wheels), reinforced straight-through frame, factory-installed refrigerated air conditioning, factory-installed electronic power steering, and a factory-exclusive transmission power take-off.
Body Configuration: Integral main hook arm made of high-strength alloy steel, reinforced subframe, cast steel tail pulley, electrically controlled hydraulic control devices for indoor and outdoor use (optional manual-automatic mode), maximum lifting capacity of the body up to 1500KG, hydraulic operations for lifting the upper box, lower box, locking, and self-unloading, enabling a cycle transfer system with multiple boxes per vehicle.

Operating Method
Driving Operation: Driving should be conducted according to the general method of car driving. Before driving, the cabin should be returned to the initial position, and the power take-off operating handle should be pushed to the disengaged position (the electronic control system will turn off the power of the electromagnetic clutch), so that the power take-off is in a stopped state.
Operating Procedure:
2.1 Hooking Operation of the Garbage Bin
Step 1: Pull the hand brake handle in the driver's cab to put the vehicle in a parked state.
Step 2: Take the electronic control operation box in the driver's cab, first turn on the power switch on the control box to connect the power, and make the electromagnetic clutch work (or push the power take-off operating handle to the engaged position); then turn the hook arm knob on the control box to the "extend" position without letting go, the main pull arm starts to work, the pull arm cylinder extends, the main pull arm rotates around the front hinge axis of the turnover frame, the pull arm is in the hook box position, adjust the height of the pull arm hook appropriately and align it with the box hook, then release the knob.
Step 3: Get out of the vehicle to observe whether the locking handle at the bottom of the rear door of the garbage bin is in the locked state, if it is not in the locked state, the locking handle should be moved to ensure that the rear door of the garbage bin is locked together with the garbage bin.
Step 4: Observe whether the garbage bin garbage inlet is closed and ensure that the garbage inlet is in the locked state before proceeding to the next operation.
Step 5: When the pull arm hook is aligned with the box hook, hold the pull arm knob on the control operation box to the "retract" position without releasing, the main pull arm cylinder retracts, the pull arm hook catches the box hook, the garbage bin begins to lift, and continues to hook onto the vehicle.
Step 6: After the garbage bin body is placed on the sub-frame, release the control box pull arm knob, turn the cabin button on the control operation box to the "lock" position, the locking cylinder extends, and the main pull arm and the auxiliary pull arm are firmly locked together.
Step 7: Turn the power knob on the control box to disconnect the electronic control power (or push the power take-off operating handle to the disengaged position);
Maintenance and Upkeep
Maintenance of garbage trucks should strictly adhere to the prescribed regulations to ensure that all systems and devices are in good technical condition, fully utilizing their efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, saving expenses, and maximizing the service life of the garbage trucks.
(1) Chassis Maintenance
The chassis should strictly follow the instructions in its user manual for daily and weekly routine maintenance.
(2) Operational Device Maintenance
The maintenance of operational devices should generally be carried out in accordance with the following regulations. If the operational device can be guaranteed to be in good working condition, it is allowed to synchronize its maintenance with that of the chassis.
1. Daily Maintenance
Daily maintenance mainly focuses on cleaning and observation, the content of which is the same as the third item in the precautions for the use of garbage trucks.
2. 100-hour Operation Maintenance
100-hour operation maintenance focuses on tightening and lubrication.
(1) Check the connection bolts of the chassis, operational devices, axles, and other parts for tightness;
(2) Add grease or lubricating oil to each lubrication point on time;
(3) Check the tightness of the connection bolts, joints, and hose clamps in the hydraulic system, and check for any oil leakage;
(4) Check if the power take-off is working properly.
3. 500-hour Operation Maintenance
500-hour operation maintenance focuses on adjustments.
(1) Check for minor deformations in the components of each operational device, and correct them if necessary;
(2) Inspect the wear condition of the sealing strips, and replace them if necessary;
(3) Check if the hydraulic components can work normally, and disassemble or replace them if necessary. If there is an oil leakage phenomenon, replace the sealing parts;
4. 1500-hour Operation Maintenance
The focus of 1500-hour operation maintenance is to conduct a comprehensive technical inspection and adjustment of the operational devices to eliminate potential problems.
(1) Inspect and repair welds in various places, especially those in important areas;
(2) Check the wear and operation condition of the components of each device, and replace those with severe wear and operation;
(3) Inspect the hydraulic components.
(4) Clean the hydraulic oil tank, oil filters, air filters, and hydraulic lines, and replace the hydraulic oil. Timely replacement of damaged seals and hoses should be made.
