We adhere to the service tenet of "Quality First, Reputation First". While dedicated to researching and developing, and manufacturing high-performance special-purpose vehicle products to meet market demands, our complete after-sales service system provides a guarantee for users to use special-purpose vehicle products with greater peace of mind. The special-purpose vehicles of CLW Group have implemented nationwide warranty service. Currently, there are more than 300 CLW special-purpose vehicle authorized maintenance service stations across the country, ensuring you can use our products with confidence and have no worries about after-sales service. Here, we make the following commitments:
I. Free Maintenance Plan and Duration
Follow-up service duration: Lifetime maintenance.
The first in the special-purpose vehicle industry nationwide to implement the "free first maintenance" policy.
From the date of delivery to the customer, within the normal range of use, free repairs will be provided within 10,000 kilometers of driving or within one year (excluding vulnerable parts and electrical components; for details, please refer to the "User Service Manual"). After the warranty period, maintenance will still be provided.
Service response time: In case of vehicle breakdowns, you can go to the authorized maintenance service station of CLW Special-purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. in the local area for vehicle repair. A reply will be given within 4 hours, and the fault will be handled within 24 hours (excluding the time for the manufacturer to adjust parts). If the conditions for on-site rescue are met, the CLW authorized maintenance station in the user's location will be dispatched to arrive at the site for inspection within 24 hours (except in remote mountainous areas or with an extended time limit).
II. Spare Parts Supply Method after the Warranty Period
Method: According to user requirements, the authorized service stations of CLW Group in the user's location will supply spare parts uniformly, or the parts will be directly supplied by the regional management center of our factory.
Only the cost of spare parts will be charged, and no additional fees will be imposed.
III. Quality Warranty for Chassis and Engine Parts of Product Chassis Failures
The quality warranty for chassis and engine parts will be handled by the corresponding manufacturing factories. For specific addresses, please refer to the chassis service station list sent with the vehicle or directly call our company for inquiry. The specific list of nationwide authorized maintenance service stations can be found in the "User Service Manual" of CLW Special-purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.
