Main performance and features: 1. The box is made of a reinforced frame structure welded with strengthened beams and high-strength steel plates, using high-quality WISCO Q355 special steel. It has five sides and six bottom layers, with an arched overall side panel for the box body, ensuring an attractive appearance, good load-bearing capacity, and no deformation. The pusher consists of rectangular tube skeletons and folded panels, making it lightweight while ensuring even garbage distribution and thorough unloading. 2. The box welds use a domestically pioneered robotic automated welding process, which prevents dust accumulation and leaks. The box has an aesthetically pleasing shape, strong pressure resistance, robust structure, larger loading capacity, and a wastewater tank on the side of the box. 3. Key components of the electrical hydraulic system are from well-known brands: equipped with Jiangsu Zhongmei/Weisen Bolu multi-way valve, Anhui WanYe/Changyuan hydraulic oil pump, Siemens PLC control system (optional CAN) (with two control boxes), remote control, Jiangsu Feida/Hubei Boli hydraulic cylinder. All seals in the cylinders are from the British imported HALLITE brand to ensure cylinder service life. In the hydraulic system for lifting the compaction unit, a bidirectional balance valve is installed. This valve ensures the smooth descent of the compaction unit and isolates the direct connection between the lift cylinder and the hydraulic hose. Even if the hose bursts, the compaction unit will not suddenly fall, enhancing operational safety.
The tail feeding flipping mechanism is widened and thickened, the axis sleeve of the flipping mechanism is processed by quenching technology, and the main pin of the flipping arm adopts through-wearing double-sided welding technology, which is sturdy and durable, and will not break. The filling device assembly is mainly composed of components such as the filling device shell, slide plate, and scraper. The filling device guide rail is formed by cold bending with high-strength wear-resistant materials, and the sides of the slide plate use integral nylon sliders, which have self-lubricating properties, high stability, and are easy to maintain, providing better wear resistance; the stressed parts of the scraper adopt local reinforcement treatment, ensuring a solid structure. The lower arc-shaped plate is made from high-strength wear-resistant materials, and there are drainage holes processed on the arc-shaped plate, facilitating the flow of wastewater inside the filling device into the lower wastewater storage tank, avoiding spillage during transportation. A large-capacity wastewater storage tank is set at the bottom of the filling device, and both sides of the wastewater tank have large-diameter galvanized wastewater discharge outlets. Advanced electrical control system: uses imported PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) integrated control, logical circuits ensure that each operation command is executed in sequence while guaranteeing interlocking between commands, reducing fault rates and enhancing reliability. Automatic control of engine power output: Engine power output control, i.e., throttle control can be fully automatically controlled via the electrical system, meeting the power requirements for garbage compression cycles and pushing/unloading operations. In other conditions, the engine automatically remains in idle state, reducing power loss and fault occurrence rate, saving fuel, and improving economic efficiency. Convenient operation control: Operation control boxes are installed separately inside the cab and on the right side of the vehicle's rear, with an emergency stop button on the left side, and equipped with a remote controller. The operation control box inside the cab can control the pushing/unloading operations and select operation modes (such as automatic or manual). The operation control box at the rear controls the operations of the pressing and filling mechanism and the bucket flipping mechanism, making the operation very convenient. Each mechanism has three operation modes: automatic, manual, and remote control. If automatic operation fails, manual operation can complete the mechanism's tasks and unload garbage, ensuring the high-efficiency work of the garbage truck. Dual wastewater collection box design, sealed treatment, eliminates secondary pollution. Unique sewage valves are installed on the sewage tanks, ensuring reliable sealing and being less prone to blockage.
