Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.'s second plant produces the Dongfeng HuaShen food waste truck, which features an aesthetically pleasing overall design, high cost-effectiveness, safety and reliability, and ease of driving. This series of special vehicles is a mature product of our company. The superstructure consists of a body, rear door assembly, rear door opening mechanism, sealing locking mechanism, push plate mechanism, bucket lifting mechanism, and operating mechanism, among others. The vehicle is fully enclosed and utilizes integrated electrical and hydraulic technology, with the aid of a combined automatic control system of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics, to lift the trash bins and compact and unload the waste into the truck's cabin. All wastewater generated during the compression process is directed into a sewage compartment, effectively addressing the issue of secondary pollution during waste transportation.

Main Performance and Features
1. The appearance is beautifully designed. The cross-section of the trash bin is square-round horizontally and rectangular frame longitudinally, with arc-shaped designs on both sides, making the whole machine look elegant and generous.
2. A large number of filter holes are set at the bottom of the trash bin to achieve preliminary solid-liquid separation of kitchen waste inside the bin.
3. Equipped with a hydraulic-driven high-pressure cleaning system, which can clean the entire vehicle and working devices.

Maintenance and Care
1. Maintenance and repair of the chassis should be carried out according to the requirements of the chassis user manual.
