1. Electric and hydraulic combined control. The vehicle's control system comprehensively utilizes the advantages of electric and hydraulic control, controlling the hydraulic valve group through the electric control system, which improves the reliability and efficiency of use.
2. Automatic control of engine power output. Engine power output control, also known as throttle control, can be fully automatically controlled through the electrical system, meeting the power requirements during the garbage compaction cycle and push-off discharge. In other conditions, the engine automatically remains at idle, reducing power loss and the rate of failures, lowering fuel consumption, and improving economic efficiency of use.
3. Frame structure. The garbage bin is made of reinforced beams and steel plates welded into a sturdy frame structure, with the sides and top being curved surfaces, aesthetically pleasing, lightweight, and well-received in terms of stress; the pusher is composed of a rectangular tube frame and folded panels, not only structurally lightweight but also allowing for even distribution of garbage, clean and thorough discharge; the filler is mainly composed of the filler shell, sliding plate, and scraper components, with each component using beams or box-type structures that are well-received in terms of stress, making the structure sturdy and lightweight.
4. Sealing treatment to eliminate secondary pollution. Garbage is in a closed state during the compaction and loading and transportation processes. The garbage bin and filler interface are equipped with special rubber sealing strips, compressed and sealed with locking devices; a unique drain valve is installed on the sewage tank, reliable sealing, not easily clogged.
