Main Performance and Features
1. Electric and hydraulic combined control. The vehicle's control system comprehensively utilizes the advantages of electric and hydraulic control, controlling the hydraulic valve group through the electric control system, which improves the reliability and efficiency of use.
2. Automatic control of engine power output. Engine power output control, also known as throttle control, can be fully automatically controlled through the electrical system, meeting the power requirements during the garbage compaction cycle and push-off discharge. In other conditions, the engine automatically remains at idle, reducing power loss and the rate of failures, lowering fuel consumption, and improving economic efficiency of use.
3. Frame structure. The garbage bin is made of reinforced beams and steel plates welded into a sturdy frame structure, with the sides and top being curved surfaces, aesthetically pleasing, lightweight, and well-received in terms of stress; the pusher is composed of a rectangular tube frame and folded panels, not only structurally lightweight but also allowing for even distribution of garbage, clean and thorough discharge; the filler is mainly composed of the filler shell, sliding plate, and scraper components, with each component using beams or box-type structures that are well-received in terms of stress, making the structure sturdy and lightweight.
4. Sealing treatment to eliminate secondary pollution. Garbage is in a closed state during the compaction and loading and transportation processes. The garbage bin and filler interface are equipped with special rubber sealing strips, compressed and sealed with locking devices; a unique drain valve is installed on the sewage tank, reliable sealing, not easily clogged. The filler cover is fully covered over the filler inlet, eliminating the phenomenon of garbage dust flying caused by the disturbance of the airflow at the rear of the vehicle during the transfer process, making the appearance more aesthetically pleasing.
5. Hydraulic lifting safety loop. In the hydraulic system for lifting the filler, a bidirectional balancing valve is installed. This valve not only ensures the smooth descent of the filler but also isolates the direct connection between the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic hose. Even if the hose bursts, the filler will not suddenly drop, improving the safety of use.
Advanced electronic control system. Using a CAN bus vehicle controller for control, the control circuit is generated within the controller, using logic loops to ensure the sequential execution of each operation instruction, while ensuring mutual interlocking between operation instructions, only external wiring connections, reducing the rate of failures, avoiding accidents caused by misoperation, improving reliability; a specially set emergency stop button can stop the garbage compaction mechanism in any state or any position, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment.
7. The filler and bin combination use a locking mechanism, and the sliding plate uses nylon slide block guidance. The filler and bin combination part has a reasonable structure and uses a fully sealed locking technology. The sliding plate track is made of high-strength manganese steel material by integral stamping, and the sliding plate movement uses nylon slide block guidance.
8. Automatic and manual operation systems. Each mechanism has both automatic and manual operation modes. If an automatic operation failure occurs, manual operation can complete the mechanism operation and discharge of garbage, ensuring high-efficiency work of the garbage truck and providing great convenience for debugging, maintenance, and failure handling.
9. Convenient operation control. The operation control box is installed separately in the driver's cab and at the rear of the vehicle. The operation control box in the driver's cab can control the push-off discharge and select the operation mode (such as automatic or manual), while the operation control box at the rear of the vehicle controls the operation of the compaction mechanism and the barrel turning mechanism, making operation very convenient. Especially in the landfill, the operator does not need to get out of the vehicle to complete the discharge and sewage discharge.
